Casa 03 - 01 - Les Princesses

This studio is located in the Les Princesses neighborhood. It is a complete new construction and located on the second floor. You enter and in front of you you find the living room which has a view of the surroundings. The living room looks onto the open kitchen. The kitchen has all the modern accessories, along with a very spacious worktop and lots of storage space.

To the left as you enter you will find a bedroom with window that opens onto living room. Next to it you have a bathroom with walk-in shower, sink and toilet. Everything has a trendy finish.

To the left of the kitchen you have a bedroom with large window, wooden built-in wardrobes and opens onto the terrace.

As you walk through the kitchen you emerge onto the terrace. Again with lots of light, built-in closets and attached bathroom.

The studio is equipped with an air conditioner-reverter and intercom.

In addition, you have a spacious basement with a garage space of 13m2. In the basement you can see how the building was built with great care. The pipes are partly visible. In addition, the motors of the air conditioning are also in the basement.

The studios have a permanent security guard. In addition, the entrance hall is large and luxurious. This mirrors the whole concept of luxurious standing studios with a contemporary character and great care for details!
