These terms and conditions apply to all services provided by Be Casa Estate (Katrien Wybaillie), operating out of Casablanca, Morocco, to clients who contact us via becasaestate.com or directly to request assistance with the purchase or rental of real estate in Casablanca. By using our services, the client accepts these terms and conditions.
Be Casa Estate provides personalized assistance to buyers in searching for, viewing, and purchasing real estate in Casablanca: from the initial selection through the follow-up on the preliminary agreement and the notarial deed. Be Casa Estate acts as an intermediary and local guide; it is not itself a seller, notary, or owner of the properties listed, unless expressly stated otherwise.
Information about properties (size, location, condition, photos, price) is collected as carefully as possible and, where possible, verified on-site. However, this information is often provided by the seller or third parties. Be Casa Estate does not guarantee the complete accuracy of information provided by third parties, unless it has explicitly verified the information itself and confirmed this in writing to the customer.
All properties, prices, and availability published on the website or elsewhere are for informational purposes only and are not binding. A property may have been sold, rented, or may no longer be available in the meantime, and the price is subject to change without prior notice. Only a written confirmation from Be Casa Estate and/or the seller constitutes definitive confirmation of availability and price.
A coaching agreement is not considered concluded until both parties have provided explicit, written confirmation (an email is sufficient). A request submitted via the contact form, a site visit, or an exploratory meeting does not obligate either party to enter into an agreement.
The client shall provide accurate and complete information necessary for the transaction and shall promptly notify Be Casa Estate of any changes that may affect the purchase. The final decision to purchase a property, as well as the legal and financial settlement thereof, remains the responsibility of the client and the authorized notary at all times.
Be Casa Estate provides its services with due care, but cannot be held liable for incorrect information provided by the seller, a third party, or an official authority, nor for delays or defects in the notarial settlement, title registration, or other administrative steps beyond its control. Be Casa Estate’s liability is, in any case, limited to the amount the client has actually paid to Be Casa Estate for the services, unless there is evidence of willful misconduct or gross negligence.
All photos, text, plans, and other materials on becasaestate.com are the property of Be Casa Estate or the party that provided the materials, and may not be copied, distributed, or reused without prior written permission.
Be Casa Estate is not liable for any delay or failure to fulfill its obligations if this is the result of force majeure, such as changes in local regulations, government measures, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
Please report any complaints about our services as soon as possible, and no later than 8 days after you become aware of them, via contact@becasaestate.com. We strive to respond to every complaint within a reasonable amount of time.
These general terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. For any dispute arising herefrom that cannot be resolved amicably, the courts of the company’s registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to the customer’s right, where mandatory law so requires, to file a claim with the court of his or her own place of residence.
This version of the terms and conditions was last amended on September 15, 2026.
